On 10NOV2011 ISU Army ROTC posts and retires the colors in a ceremony honoring fallen ISU veterans. ISU Army ROTC takes part in the National Roll Call event at ISU’s Memorial Union on 11NOV2011.
Purpose: Support and honor veterans during the week of Veteran’s Day and honor those who have fallen in the Global War on Terror

During the week of 07NOV2011 ISU Army ROTC participated in multiple events supporting our country’s Veterans. At Marshalltown’s Veteran Home our color guard posted and retired the colors on 08NOV2011. On Thursday 10NOV2011our color guard posted and retired the colors during a ceremony honoring fallen ISU veterans in a joint effort with Navy and Air Force ROTC. ISU Army ROTC participated in the National Roll Call event on Veteran’s Day. During this event 9 ISU Army Cadets were contracted, and volunteers read the names of the fallen veterans from the Global War on Terror.
